This site features the work of photog, Andrew Slater, with lovely gals from the San Francisco Bay area who enjoy posing seductively for the camera.
SF Bay Models is a glamour style photography collection. As the title suggests the bulk of this guy's work is done in the bay area however he also notes that he's done some shoots in other cities around the western U.S. I see SF Bay features a blend of niches such as glamour, softcore, and amateur plus it's the work of a single photographer so it doesn't have the feel of a corporate site. Quite a nice amount of preview info is shown on the guest tour including a list of the models and update/content details. Visitors can get a good feel for what is available from those samples.
The main themes in play here are photography, glamour, and amateur. The collection includes both photo galleries and videos with an overall emphasis on photos since there are so many of those. Most models have a good number of shoots available with different settings and outfits. There are a lot of studio style backdrops along with some real-world type settings like beds, outdoors, etc. The HD galleries and videos are all clearly listed on the latest updates page.
Besides the large amount of picture galleries the number of models is also a plus. There are a few hundred in all which is a nice amount for a site of this kind. What really stands out is the large percentage of Asian and ethnic models as white girls are in the definite minority. This helps separate this collection from other similar glamour/softcore sites that feature the work of one photographer.
For members there are two main pages for browsing the collection: 'Latest Updates' and 'The Models'. The latest updates page contains lots of stuff broken down into videos, photos, retouched photos, and HD sections. When browsing through the models section each photo gallery and video is clearly date-stamped with details on when it was added to the site. Some coming soon items are also posted too.
All picture galleries can be viewed online and also have zip downloads available.
'Models' page has a clear listing of all the girls and links through to all their shoots.

Content rotation systems of any kind are always things that surfers need to know about. On this site it applies to the HD gallery zips and videos. These are available for 40 days and then removed. Standard-def galleries, gallery zips, and video files are always available for each shoot. The standard quality is only okay for a photography/glamour site.
In the FAQ there's an explanation as to why he removes sound from the videos and although I'm glad he explained it the fact that there isn't any sound is a negative. Movies without sound are something that you don't see very often and it caught me off guard. Also, all videos (HD and SD) are only in zip files with QT format. I actaully had difficulty with the SD zips and had to install WinZip softward to get the to work. Windows gave me an error and wouldn't extract the file.
The models index isn't alphabetized nor can it be sorted or searched. It seems he puts the models in order which they are added to the site. That's okay but an alphabetical listing or physical characteristic browsing would really help especially because there are hundreds of girls. Also, individual model pages don't link through to the girl's HD gallery zips or video files which means you have to click over to that page to access those.
No real model information is provided and many models only do sexy/non-nude shoots.
You must wait 2 minutes between downloading HD gallery/video zips. A message stating such shows up when you attempt to download files in a shorter period of time that that.
Download manager use is not allowed.
There are a number of items that stand out about SF Bay Models on both the positive and negative side. The notable pluses are the exclusive content, HD material, and focus on Asian models. Of particlular note among the negatives are the HD content rotation system and the lack of sound in the videos. There's quite a lot to see here both when it comes to picture galleries and models and SF Bay does have a bit of a different feel than most other glamour photography sites due to those items I've listed here.
