Sapphic Treats is a hardcore lesbian niche site with a mix of picture and video content. The site is quite young by online porn standards having gone online in mid-late 2009 so this review is being conducted right after the site launch. The samples found on the guest tour are representative of the models and content shoots found in the member's area.
The content is dedicated entirely to hot pro models in hardcore girl/girl and threesome lesbian scenes. Picture galleries make up the bulk of the member's area as they outnumber the videos by about a 4:1 ratio. Kissing, oral, toys, and everything else associated with full on lesbian hardcore is to be found in the shoots.
The size of the pictures is consistently large across the collection. In addition some of the galleries have sharp and crisp quality pictures that look impressive. The videos are in WMV format with both clip segments and full-shoot files available for downloading and streaming.
These are two features in the member's area worth pointing out. Even as a small site they have established a model index which will come in handy once more content and models are added. Sapphic Classics is a special section of galleries which have shoot that are semi-vintage. The pics are smaller there but it's still a plus that they have a specialty section like this.

Our reviews are a snapshot in time and since this one is being published soon after the site launched there isn't all that much content online yet. For a site with non-exclusive material it should be easy to ratchet up the quantity and this will be vital for them to provide more value to members. They really need to double or triple the amount of content quickly especially the number of videos.
WMV is the single format and the quality was below what I was expecting. There is a slight bit of grain on most the movies which is surprising. I did run into a couple vids with a higher 2000k bit rate which were sharper but the majority are 1100k and those are the ones that are grainy.
One of the reasons I was surprised by the varying picture and video quality/sharpness is that this is a non-exclusive collection. Generally it's good for a site with non-original material to have another big selling point such as high-res content specs. As of yet Sapphic Treats hasn't done either.

The downloadable movie files do not have any file size information posted.
There are some banner ad upsells in the member's area.
Sapphic Treats has a small collection going with an emphasis more on picture galleries more than videos. Thankfully they've kept the price low to keep in proportion with the amount of content available. Since this review was written so early on in this site's existence it'll be interesting to see how they've grown and/or evolved when we get back for another look in the future. So far the best selling points include the sexy models and low price. They didn't meet my expectations in terms of amount of content and content quality (due to the average quality videos and inconsistent picture sharpness).
