Rate My Cock is up for review today, and I must say that it's quite a different site than we're used to seeing. They offer member-submitted content, a whole host of community features, and of course, lots of content featuring simply cocks. There's not much in the way of hardcore stuff here, but there are lots of solo cock pictures and videos. At first glance, it seems like a gay site, but they do cater to all types of guys and relationships (though I don't see much in the way of women as members here - couples perhaps). You can get a free account, which is pretty limited, or pay up to $25 a month for the two different memberships they offer.
It's hard since there aren't a lot of galleries, or video series here, but there's lots to see. Many users post quite a bit of content, so if you browse that way, you can start to see some similar content. Our numbers put them at over 1,000 videos, and around 70,000 photos, but I think it's tough to tell. There's definitely a lot to see here if you spend the time to seek it all out.
The community thing is almost as big as the content stuff is here. There are cams to check out, and even chat with those guys, blogs to read, cocks to rate, etc. There's lots to do other than just stare at pics and vids. I think the people who enjoy this site the most get as active as possible.
New updates are posted almost daily here, though they aren't huge (usually a single picture or video). Still, it's nice to see lots of new stuff comes often.
All the videos here are streaming only, which is a bummer. It's nice as they play quick and all, but I'm sure some people would love to download a few of their favorites for later viewing.
Unless you browse by user, in which case you could probably get something that resembles a gallery of sorts, everything here in terms of content is very separated and independent. The pictures are shown one at a time only, and it just has a very random feel to it.
As with most self-shot content on a user-submitted site, the quality leaves much to be desired here. Many videos seem to come from webcams, and even many of the pictures too. Lighting can be awful, the sizes are quite small, and lots are pretty grainy.
The navigation isn't horrible here, but it's not great either. Things like browsing the photos seem overly simple, and more could be done to make life easier here.
Rate My Cock is all about guys out there wanting to show off, wanting to meet and chat with other guys who like to show off their cocks, and other similar setups. I don't see a mainstream audience getting too interested in the site, mostly because I think a lot of people like to remain anonymous and not get too involved. Still, for those guys who are looking for some friends and interaction, I think they could have some fun here. There's lots to see, they update often, and there are lots of bonus and community features. The site is a little simple and cheesy, as with most similar sites, but it gets the job done well enough I guess. It's for a small audience for sure, but could be fun if you really got into everything.
