This site is a self-described black mega site with a wide variety of hardcore niches and content, including rappers and pornstars.
Inner City XXX is up for review today, and besides being a hardcore ebony site, they seem to try to ghetto it up a bit with unique themes and music here. They advertise all exclusive content, and the cast is all black here. The scenes are usually one-on-one hardcore, but also offer some threesomes mixed in there as well. They've got a decent amount of content up, and add new stuff several times per week. There's no network access that I see here, but you can join for $25 a month, which seems fair overall.
These guys pump out quite a few videos for their site, which surprised me. They're up around the 380 video mark, and have added three new ones this week already. If that keeps up, the numbers will be the big story here for sure. It definitely helps since there doesn't appear to be any network access.
For a while, they were updating weekly, which is fine, but nothing special. However, the last few weeks have shown an increase in updates, with three new videos added this week alone. Hopefully it continues, as it's another really good thing to help set their site apart from the crowd.
I have no reason to believe this isn't exclusive content, which makes things all the better as well.
The content just doesn't look that great here unfortunately. The pictures are extremely small, coming in a little over 600x400 or so on average. Videos aren't too small, but have definite quality issues. Both the streaming and the download versions show artifacts and general compression.
My main source of 404 errors were the zip files, which I never got to work for a single gallery. I tried about five different galleries, and none of them were ever available. Some videos came in with errors as well, including 404's, and also 0-byte videos which is really strange.
I couldn't believe it when I hit a download limit here so quickly. They only let you download five "links" a day according to their error page, which is crazy. I assume they mean five video downloads, since I can't check the zip file downloads that are 404 errors, and they still allow me to view photos at least. You can also still stream the videos, but that doesn't help a ton. With over 375 videos online, allowing only five downloads a day is ridiculous, and way over-protective.
There's a video (with audio) that starts playing by itself in the member's area. Granted, you're surfing a porn site, but be really careful if you don't want anyone to hear fucking that you didn't explicitly start.
Download managers do not work here (or rather, they work with no features), and the downloads only came in about 1/6th of our max speed.

I can understand a 1-2 gigabyte limit or something, but five downloads is an awfully small limit, especially considering they have over 375 scenes right now. With better quality and more consistency, this could be a decent site, but they really have to take care of that limitation first.
