My first instinct is to complain about how mainstream anime has become and talk about "back in my day." But I'll do my best to resist and say that most people probably know the term hentai, which is adult-oriented animation in a modern Japanese style.
So what does Hentaied think it's doing by bringing live-action models into the mix? Is this a sacrilege or innovation? Ultimately, you'll have to decide, but make sure you read my full review before jumping to any conclusions.
Hentai has birthed a new set of fetishes, or at least given the community a place to rally. Of course, there's the noncon sex with non-human entities. But then there are the more obscure fetishes, like oviposition, cumflation, tentacles, and all-the-way-through fucking. Oh, and we can't forget the bucketloads of silky-smooth fake cum.
Even if these fetishes may not be your thing, it helps that every scene features at least one pornstar, if not more. And the production quality, VFX, storyboarding, and other technical aspects make these worth a watch just for production nerds.
Right now, members get streaming access to 154 scenes. Most hit the 15-minute mark, but you'll find some around seven minutes and others that stretch past half an hour. By default, the player streams in 1080p, but you can adjust that down to 720p or up to 4K as desired.
The site works well. It's got a dark theme that compliments the subject matter, and you have filters, search, and ratings to play around with.

Honestly, this whole suite of sites is compelling (Parasited, Hentaied, Futanari.xxx), although you only get access to one as a member. Still, it's cool to see animation springing to life. However, to get the most out of these scenes, you have to spend more than you would on average, and that's just to get streaming access. A higher-priced membership with downloads would be ideal, but what can you do?
