This site features "a world of twinks" with hot gay guys from the UK.
Club Lads is up for review today, and they offer a pretty wide variety of gay content for your pleasure. It sounds like they started off in the UK, hence the name of the site, and have branched out all across Europe since then. They now have young guys, older guys, Asian guys, solo action, hardcore action, and even some niche spankings and whatnot. It's mostly a photo site, though a few videos do get added here and there. $19 a month gets you a membership, which isn't bad at all.
With over 900 photo galleries in a wide variety of categories, there's a lot to see in terms of photos. They generally add more weekly, as well, so hopefully those numbers continue to climb.
They advertise that their content is all-exclusive here, and I have no reason to doubt them. Some of the scenes vary a bit more than usual, but they may have more than one person doing the shooting here.
I assume an update could come later today to keep their streak alive, but they generally add something new at least once a week here.
There's a pretty wide variety of content here. The categories include twinks, twenties, Asians, tropical, hardcore, and fetish.
While there are over 900 photo galleries, there are only around 50 videos up currently, which pales in comparison. I'd love to see this part of the site get more attention, especially in today's broadband world.
Both the photos and videos need some big upgrades in terms of quality. The videos vary a bit, but most are quite small, have a poor framerate, and show definite artifacts. The photos are quite small as well, going down to 600x400, even on some of the recent additions. Quality and colors vary, and they can look pretty dated at times.
All of the content is separated into a few too many sections in my opinion. I'd rather see a photo and video area, and then offer some kind of search or category feature to narrow the content down from there. The way it's setup now, it feels too spread out and confusing. Plus, videos are listed both in the video section, and in the category section that it falls within.
The downloads came in a bit slow here, especially for single-channel browser downloads. This trickled over to their streaming videos as well, which featured buffer times in excess of 20 seconds for me.
Club Lads isn't bad really, but the site definitely feels dated overall. It starts with the design and layout, which don't work all that well for me. I'd love to see a redesign with a more centralized content area, and then maybe a search to filter things down as necessary (by age, location, etc.). The content itself also feels pretty dated, with very small pictures that can look quite old, and the same quality level for videos. I'd love to see the quality upgraded big time, as they're pretty far behind the curve currently. The one other thing I'd look for is more videos. There just aren't that many when you consider how many photo galleries there are, and I think they could do more in that department. Thankfully there's a decent amount to see, and the content can be fun, but everything just felt a bit older to me.
