I did find a few videos that offer 640x480 sizing and bitrate speeds around 2000k. These overall look decent and are holding up, although though color quality could have been better at times.

Overall the video quality is decent, but its clear that this is an archive site dating back to the early 1990s. The scenes are rotated through so its hard to tell which are the newer ones but I got bitrate speeds as high as 2000k and as low as 1000k. Images could be larger in size as well.
Browsing around is nice enough, especially for the now smallish amount and type of content that is being offered. But the site design itself is very basic & plain. Ads clutter up the pages a bit, too.
