The content here at Busty Cafe is clearly not exclusively shot by the site. Most of the scenes are pulled from various sources and it shows in the consistency, but at least videos stick to theme.
Generally standard quality videos are the norm here, with specs up to 2000k (640x480). While they're not bad looking, they definitely show their age and overall there is room for improvement (if it is even possible) and the color/picture quality proved to be grainy/washed out at times. The inclusion of HD videos is nice, but they're not labeled as such and therefore do not stand out from the rest of the archive.
Seeing as there have just been 33 new videos and 143 image galleries added since Maggie's review here back in 2011, I think it's clear that new content is not really being added regardless of what date stamps suggest.
No scene info is provided. At the very least it would be nice if they would give users information about the details of the scene.
Older scenes don't offer the Flash streaming format.
So there is a lot of busty babe material to see here, but the content appears to be on rotation. And while there is some decent looking material, a lot of it is falling below average compared to what we're used to seeing these days. A join might be worth it for Network access, but there is a lot of quality busty sites out there so I'm not sure this one really compares.
