The key specialties of Boynapped's content are that it is fetish hardcore and features British twinks. They mix things up well with all sorts of restraints, punishment tools, toys, and implements while including HJ, BJ, and hardcore sex action. Sometimes it's twink on twink and other times it's an older man with the younger guy. It's really entertaining stuff and I think there's definitely cross-over appeal to general gay porn fans - you don't necessarily have to be a fetish enthusiast to like a lot of these scenes.
Although Boynapped is part of a network it really would function just fine on its own. It's sort of the flagship site of the network in terms of amount of content. There are nearly five hundred scenes at the time of this review with 15-30 min videos and accompanying photo galleries. Updates are made a couple times per week and they reach back to 2009 so that's a solid track record.
This site has evolved nicely with video quality and options. About 80% of the episodes have MP4 HD for downloading with both 1920x1080and 1280x720 levels. There are also WMV SD downloads and excellent HD and SD in-browser Flash player. For the photo galleries they have online pictures and zips. Looking at past reviews and info there used to be some DRM protected videos but they've removed that as it's not a part of any videos any longer. That really is a nice move that enhances the value of the collection.
Info on the episodes includes written descriptions, running time length, date-added, and member feedback/comments.

The older videos from the first couple years, around 20%, of the episodes don't have the HD quality level available so there is some drop-off. Download speeds varied for me from really fast to quite slow. With some larger HD files this can lead to some longer download wait times. They don't post video file size info which would have been helpful since they have larger HD files and a range of mid and smaller sizes.
They could use more variation in terms of the ethnicities of the guys. The niche breakdown shows just around twenty latino, and just one or two black and asian guys. With few exceptions there are almost all white models here.
There are some join page cross-sells and member's area ads like banners for other paysites, live cams, dating, etc.
Boynapped has a lot of good things going for it that make it a strong site. The fetish and British twink guys angles make for entertaining content and there is nice variety with both twink on twink action and older man on twink shoots. They're creative with fetishes, have excellent HD options, and the network bonus sites are a nice little extra too. The site has moved beyond the old DRM protected videos so the strengths really outweigh the negatives by a wide margin so there are just lots to like here.
