Generally speaking they were updating pretty regularly however in the months leading up to this review there haven't been any new additions. Along the way they've had gaps of a month or so but things have fallen even more of late.
The highest level video quality on the WMV files is fairly average for a paysite with specs at 2000k 640x480. There is some room for improvement on that. The older half of the episodes have fewer options with no Flash streaming and less download choices.
They could use some additional variety since it seems like all the shoots are one-on-one. A few threesomes would be nice.
It looks like some of the other network sites have HD level Flash files but those aren't available here.

What's best about 1st Interracial is that they have exclusive content, solid download options, and an included network. The lack of recent updates has left this site with a smallish collection of content however so it leans on the extra bonus sites to make up for that.
