There isn't an option to bring up the photo galleries. I tried searching for them using different keywords, and it didn't bring up the galleries on their own, so it's hard to get an exact number. The latest updates didn't contain any galleries, so I am going to assume the number of galleries hasn't changed since our last visit.
It would help improve the user's experience if they added an advanced search and tags.
