This is the website home of adorable and pouty teen, Topanga, who love showing off very explicit photos and other content for her friends.
Teen Topanga is a small site still with just a handful of image sets and videos. It's a part of the All Teen Rev Pass Network and features cute blonde teen Topanga. She may look innocent, but she sure does love getting dressed up into cute little outfits, striping naked and playing with her girlfriends. A membership here will set you back close to $30 bucks per month.
Topanga is not your average 18 year old but you wouldn't know it just by looking at her. She's innocent and sweet looking with braces, loves to dress her age and laugh with her friends, but she also loves to show off her small tits and play in front of the camera. Inside her member's area you will find a variety of solo, softcore and girl-girl scenes acted out.
As a part of the All Teen Rev Pass Network of sites your $29.95 monthly membership here also gives access to another 30-something sites. Great news since Topanga's site alone is rather small.
Image quality can look good. They're nice and large, semi-professional looking pics offering both indoor and outdoor content.
Considering this site was started years ago and the sizing of the videos, not to mention the small archive size in the member's area, I think it's safe to say that Topanga is no longer shooting content. Sure they still show the latest update and what's next, but I'd venture to guess that the scenes here are being rotated.
The unfortunate thing is that bitrate speeds can only go up to 900k for Topanga's videos. And most times the sizing of them is super small. We're talking 352x240 and re-sizing the videos to make them larger only shows major compression artifacts. The videos in general here don't look so great.
Topanga doesn't offer any sort of bio really and member's won't find a blog, cam shows or even a Twitter page by this young cutie. Her site feels very bare, and very corporate.
Site design is very basic and plain with the 28 videos and 36 photo sets listed separately on a single page. There are no alternate browse features, no categories and extremely limited download options and no in-browser streaming.
Even with bonus site access thrown in Topanga's site is too expensive for what it offers, which isn't much.

Topanga was just 18 at some point in her life but who knows where she is now. In fact, it's not even clear who this girl is. The only sense of her personality that you get is from her videos, of which there are just about 28 and I don't think new content is being added here even though the site would lead you to believe it is. The good news is that bonus site access is a part of the deal but if most of the 30-something sites are as impersonal and small as this one, well then I'm not impressed.
